I'm a cybersecurity engineer and AI researcher currently working as a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer (BISO) at Mercado Livre, the largest e-commerce and fintech platform in Latin America. Before that, I spent time at Embraer working on product and process cybersecurity inside the Chief Engineer's Office, which meant thinking about security at the intersection of software, aviation systems, and certification.
I have a master's in Computer Science with a focus on systems security from UFSC, a degree in Computer Engineering from UFSM, and somewhere along the way picked up cloud architecture, DevSecOps, AI safety, and space systems. My career has taken me across Brazil, USA, Canada, and Russia, working with developers, C-levels, regulators, and everyone in between in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
I write here about cybersecurity, AI, reverse engineering, and whatever else is rattling around my head. If it involves going deeper than the surface layer of something, it probably belongs here.
